I started testing Winesave by using a highly delicate Chateau de Lamarque 1983 to preserve. Being in the wine industry for over 20 years, I have doubts that the wine will last after 3 days. In the first test, we re-opened the bottle after 3 days to taste, it was very satisfactory. We re-sprayed Winesave and on the 5th day, I’m blown away! The wine was still alive!
